    Maybe the kids left the door open when they left with mom, some rando came in and made himself some food and decided to take advantage of the naked ass Joe who was sleeping with his pretty butt raised. Or, the guys decided to prank joe and come into his house where he's laying naked just asking for it and hired this guy(or recruited) to do the "pranking"

      Love to imagine Joe taking a shower, coming in from a pool, or coming in from a run (whatever he would need to take of clothes before laying down) and taking off his clothes and just laying out on the bed to rest. Some guy gets in. Another runner, or pool boy and sees the smooth and ready present for him.
